The basics
What exactly do you sell?
We build your website, create your brand, design your labels, set up your online store and connect the systems behind it, for peptide and private-label wellness businesses. Prices run from $995 to $12,500+ and are published. You own everything we build outright.
Is this a franchise?
No. Despite the domain name, this is not a franchise offering and we make no franchise representations. There is no territory, no franchise fee, no ongoing royalty, and no franchise agreement. You buy a build and own it.
Do you sell peptides?
No. We do not sell, source, broker, store, or ship peptide products, and we do not provide pharmacy or prescribing services. We build the brand and the website.

Pricing and timelines
How fast can I launch?
2–3 weeks for Website Launch, 3–4 weeks for Brand + Website, 5–7 weeks for Complete Business Build, counted from your kickoff call. Rush delivery moves you to the front of the queue for 20% of the package price, and you see the new date before you pay.
What does it cost?
Every price is on the pricing page: Website Template $995; Website Launch $2,495; Brand + Website $4,995; Complete Business Build $7,995. They are one-time prices. There is no royalty and no required monthly contract, and $500 reserves a build and comes off the total.
Do I own the website when it is finished?
Yes. The code is in your account, the domain is on your registrar, the hosting is yours, and the logo, labels and words are yours to use however you want. No licence, no revenue share, and nothing you have to keep paying us to keep it running.

Scope and ownership
Do you handle legal, regulatory, or payment processing?
No. Those require qualified professionals and we are not one. We build the site, the policy page scaffolding, and the business presentation that underwriting and counsel review — but the review and the approval are not ours to give.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every build includes help after launch — 30, 60 or 90 days depending on what you bought. After that you can manage it yourself for $0, or take a monthly plan from $149 and we handle changes for you. New features are priced separately either way.

Working together
How do changes work?
We collect your feedback in rounds rather than a stream of messages, and your written summary says how many rounds are included. That is what keeps a fixed price honest for both of us.
Who writes the words on my website?
We do, from your kickoff call, on Brand + Website and above. You read and approve everything before it goes live. On Website Launch you supply the words, or you can add website copywriting for $900. For anything clinical or medical, your practitioner owns the wording and we build around it.
How long does it take?
2–3 weeks for Website Launch, 3–4 weeks for Brand + Website, 5–7 weeks for Complete Business Build, counted from your kickoff call.
What do you need from me to start?
Decisions, mostly. Who your customer is, what you are selling them, and how careful the wording needs to be. Plus your logo and product details if you already have them, and one person who can approve things inside a week.
What slows projects down?
Waiting on approval of the words, almost every time. Builds that hit their date have one person who can say yes without a committee. If your wording needs a lawyer or a doctor to sign it off, start that on day one.
Can I talk to a reference?
Ask on the kickoff call. We arrange it privately with someone who has agreed to speak — we do not publish client names or results on this site.
